Education

I have earned the following degrees: Doctor of Education with emphasis in learning organization and strategic change from Lipscomb University in December 2013; Specialist of Education with emphasis in administration and supervision from Middle Tennessee State University in May 2008; Master of Education with emphasis in curriculum and instruction from Middle Tennessee State University in May 2002; Bachelor of Arts with a major in English and a minor in French from  Middle Tennessee State University in May 1996; and my high school diploma from Cornersville School in May 1991. Additionally, I received a fellowship to study medieval literature at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in June 2009.

 



Experience

I currently teach secondary English courses at Cornersville School and commenced teaching here in August 1998. I formerly taught secondary French courses at Forrest School from August 1996 to May 1998.



Bio

I have a deep passion for English literature. In addition to my love for reading horror novels and writing fiction, I love to travel and to contemplate ideas. When I am not teaching or traveling, I am helping my three children achieve their dreams.
